1. Local Delivery – Edmonton & Surrounding Areas

  • We offer free local delivery for orders over $79.99 (before taxes) within Edmonton and surrounding areas.
  • Orders under this amount will be subject to a standard local delivery fee (calculated at checkout).

2. Delivery Outside Edmonton & Surrounding Areas

Orders over $79.99 (before taxes) being delivered outside Edmonton and surrounding areas will incur a flat delivery fee. This fee will be shown at checkout based on the delivery address.


Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the location.

Age Verification Policy

All deliveries require valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.

The recipient must be 18 years of age or older to accept the package.


If the customer is unable to present valid ID or is underage, we will:

  • Not deliver the package
  • Retain the payment as compensation for time and delivery costs

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Most local deliveries are completed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery outside of local zones may take 2–5 business days depending on the distance.



5. Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete the delivery due to invalid ID or an underage recipient, the order will be considered non-refundable as per our age verification policy.
